HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will plan and implement personalised care, ensuring residents feel secure, dignified and independent, while building strong relationships with families.

You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing stimulating activities and accurate record-keeping, committing to compassionate, person-centred care at all times.
