Role Description & Technical Scope
Picnic Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance across shifts, lead teams, and translate data insights into concrete actions that boost safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.
You will drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, manage incidents and planning escalations, and ensure delivery KPIs are met while strengthening engagement and on-floor leadership.
