Role Description & Technical Scope
Elavon, a U.S. Bank subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Account Manager in Loughlinstown, Ireland to manage a portfolio of customers across the UK. You will build strong relationships, drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of Elavon payment solutions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
You will also maintain CRM records, forecast activity, and meet monthly targets while collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term retention.
