Location: North London (WFH up to 2 days)

About the Opportunity

ReeVR Talent is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant on behalf of a well-established business operating in a technical and manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service.

You will play a key role in managing customer orders and enquiries, working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for customers.

Correctly input orders into the system.

Act as a key link between customers and internal departments, coordinating information to keep orders moving efficiently.

Ensure any queries are dealt with promptly.

Support the wider team with day-to-day administration and contribute to service delivery and operational efficiency.

Administrative duties such as organising document records and ensuring they are stored accurately and clearly.

 Maintain compliance to GDPR regulations.

Other duties or responsibilities as needed. 

You will ideally have:

1–2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in an order-processing environment.

Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately.

Good organisational and planning skills.
