Role Description & Technical Scope
The Outsiders Perspective is seeking a Retail Talent Acquisition Partner to lead a high-volume luxury fashion recruitment project on a 3-month fixed-term contract with immediate start. The role is primarily remote for France-based candidates, with regular travel to Paris as required.
You will identify, engage and manage retail talent from Sales Associate to Store Director, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while meeting tight project timelines and client expectations.
