In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of work quality and ensuring service delivery targets are consistently met.As part of your duties, you’ll carry out internal audits, including telephony and file reviews. You’ll also analyse trends, identify training requirements, and work on developing new claims process improvements with client approval.Additionally, you’ll prepare management information reports to highlight key trends, pinpoint hot spots, and propose effective solutions.
