# TECH LEAD IAM, DATA, ENCRYPTION* TECH LEAD IAM, DATA, ENCRYPTIONCONTEXT: We are looking for a tech lead for IAM, DATA, ENCRYPTIONmechanisms . • Guide the integration of IAM and encryption solutions in IaaS/PaaS Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and orchestration via Kubernetes and Docker, in collaboration with DevOps teams. • Monitor the compliance of secure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automated deployments, without directly performing the operations. • Oversee the implementation of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) to guarantee the availability and performance of IAM and Cloud services. • Promote the integration of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevSecOps practices into development and operations cycles. • Validate the configuration and maintenance of technical foundations, ensuring the resilience and security of data flows. • Promote the integration of DevSecOps practices into CI/CD cycles and application development. • Actively monitor technological advancements in IAM, Cloud, DevSecOps, and SRE practices to anticipate developments and propose innovative solutions. EXPECTED RESULTS • Implement the IAM requirements of internal clients and contribute to project deliveries • Communicate any difficulties encountered and proactively propose solutions and continuous improvements • Support the resolution of delivery-related anomalies and propose corrective actions • Design and document manual and automated test scenarios • Analyze, recommend, and implement the scaling of the IAM solution • Ensure the operational maintenance of the IAM solution using automated tools • Participate in continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback • Write and maintain technical documentationPROFILE & SKILLS. Technical Skills • Linux, Red Hat & Networking Systems • Load Balancing (VIP, SLB, HAProxy) • Database Management (PostgreSQL and clustering) • Proficiency in distributed and resilient network architectures • Expertise in containerization architectures and continuous deployment and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). • Keycloak: administration, installation, tuning, configuration • Strong knowledge of security protocols (SAMLv2, OpenIDConnect, OAuth2, WebAuthn, FIDO2), security schemes, and related issues. • Proficiency in Grafana and Prometheus observability tools for environment monitoring and supervision . • Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot/JEE, SOAP, APIs, and Clean Code principles. • Ability to apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, ) and effectively use project management tools (Jira, Confluence), while adhering to ITIL standards for service quality and continuity. • Support teams in implementing unit, integration, and performance tests, and ensure results comply with quality and security standards. • General knowledge of organizational application architecture. • Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams. • Project management with mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated rituals. • Clear communication and ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences. • Proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and practices. • Ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, and other departments. • Roadmap management and strategic alignment with the objectives of the Technical Department and stakeholders. • Interdepartmental coordination to streamline communication and synchronize priorities. • Risk monitoring and corrective actions coordination to ensure business continuity. • Facilitation of committees and rituals (Scrum/Kanban, technical workshops, steering committees ). • Promotion of best practices (IAM, DevSecOps, security, quality) and a culture of continuous improvement.Desired: • Banking and/or payment methods experience • Knowledge of the ecosystem • Professional EnglishBehavioral skills • Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy in carrying out tasksResponsibilities • Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills with internal and external partners • Curiosity and a strong interest in continuous improvement and innovation • Team spirit, teaching skills, and the ability to simplify technical concepts • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to facilitate exchanges and documentation • Proactive approach, ability to challenge and validate technical choices • Openness and ability to quickly integrate new concepts and technologies**Work location:** Europe
