Client Liaison Manager

The Client Liaison Manager (CLM) role is a research, reach out and diary management role.

You will be responsible to create and use LinkedIn Recruiter searches to identify, instigate initial communication, and then book in relevant in-parameter potential sales. The definition of people who constitute in-parameter will be provided by the Partner(s) whom you are working with.

To book in three initial meetings a day per Partner that you are assigned. This typically will mean initially identifying, and then reaching out to, circa 50 new in-parameter potential people a day, then following a process to book them in for a meeting with the Partner.

Role reports directly to the Managing Partner, and indirectly to your assigned Partner(s).

To exclusively use the Company’s outlook e-mail, LinkedIn Recruiter licence and MC2 CRM systems to the best advantage of the Company, ensuring that all activity is properly recorded, and systems adhered to, as directed by the Company.

To undertake any other duties as directed by the Executive Team.

To attend regular meetings as directed by the Executive Team.

The role is full time, remote, £18,000 pa and on a contractor basis.
