Regional General Manager PT Europe

In this high-impact role, you will lead regional growth and strategic planning for a major SBU, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver revenue, profitability, and market leadership. You will own AOP/STRAP planning, define growth initiatives and product roadmaps, and provide executive-level guidance to maintain Honeywell’s regional competitiveness. You will collaborate with sales, operations, sourcing and finance to ensure on-time delivery and value creation. This role offers visibility to the VP Global Sales and centers on shaping regional strategies and people development.

• Own the regional orders and revenue AOP for the SBU and achieve growth targets
• Build a robust management operating system to improve processes, productivity, cost management, and profitability
• Direct sales and commercial functions to deliver orders and top-line growth while managing cash
• Support Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region
• Define and execute product and technology roadmaps tailored to SBU customers
• Engage with operations, sourcing, and finance to deliver best-in-class performance
• Attract and develop top talent to drive business growth
• Drive compliance and forecast quality

• 20+ years in commercial leadership, strategy deployment, operations, business management or sales
• Experience in a guidance role across a significant geography
• Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business
• Demonstrated succession planning and execution in business/sales
• Strong financial knowledge across BS, P&L, cash flow, working capital
• Ability to deploy and run a Financial Pulse MOS and a Sales MOS
