Technical Sales Manager - Robotics & Digital

In this leadership role, you drive the UK market entry and growth of Kärcher’s robotic products and digital solutions. You will set and execute a winning sales strategy to hit revenue targets and align with market opportunities. You’ll lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, build key partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product development, launches, and customer success. • Formulate and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the UK
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
• Identify new market segments and engage with key customers and distribution partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, launch and ongoing support
• Analyze sales metrics and track industry trends to inform business decisions
