Business Analyst Pensions / Wealth Management

In this role you will bridge business needs with software delivery for pension and wealth management platforms within a global financial services context. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and provide product leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You will help shape a new best-of-breed platform for retail and fund management, with exposure to senior stakeholders and a fast-paced delivery environment.

• Map functional solutions to business requirements
• Liaise with Project Manager, Developers, Technical Analyst, Tester, Implementation, Documentation and Training to ensure coverage and delivery
• Act as Product Specialist lead throughout the project lifecycle, validating functionality for the Core Product team
• Oversee project scoping, execution and budgeting to ensure adherence

• 3+ years financial business analysis experience in Pensions, Life Insurance, WRAPs or Wealth Management
• Strong mid and back office experience
• Track record of software solution delivery within the finance sector
• Capital markets exposure
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Awareness of risk management
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Experience working for a vendor (preferred)
• Exposure to various business analysis techniques and processes
