Role Description & Technical Scope

IRISH DISTILLERS LTD is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the Central Laboratory in Midleton. You will perform routine testing, calibrations, and sample prep to support quality control and co-packer requirements, while maintaining records and compliance with quality systems.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry or related degree and hands-on lab experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
