CDA-PERSPECTIVES recrute un directeur de paie en CDI à temps complet. Rattaché à la DRH, vous piloter et sécuriser la paie de l’ensemble des EHPAD et encadrez une équipe de 7 collaborateurs, garantissant fiabilité et conformité DSN et charges sociales.

Vous animez l’équipe, améliorez les process, et fiabilisez les données sociales tout en participant aux projets SIRH et à la veille juridique. Vous travaillez en lien avec le CODIR et les directions d’établissement.
