INGREDIA recherche un Ingénieur Production pour renforcer son équipe à Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise. Vous analysez et résolvez les dysfonctionnements des outils de production, optimisez les cadences, les coûts et la qualité pour maintenir et améliorer la compétitivité du groupe.
Sous la hiérarchie du Responsable de Département, vous animez les formations et assurez le pilotage de la production et des performances, tout en veillant au respect des standards et à l’amélioration continue.
