Vehicle Technician

Perform routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults effectively

Complete warranty repairs adhering to manufacturer standards

Conduct maintenance tasks such as oil changes and cambelt replacements

Accurately complete digital job cards and document all work carried out

Conduct electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) in accordance with company standards

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer procedures

Support workshop efficiency by working collaboratively with colleagues

Participate in manufacturer-led training and technical development sessionsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician

Recognised Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (such as IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Mechanic

Hands-on experience with servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks

Preferably with warranty repair experience and familiarity with dealership processes

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety

Effective team player with a proactive attitude
