Role Description & Technical Scope
Ryanair, Europe\'s favourite airline, invites applications for a full-time fixed-term Legal Counsel role as maternity cover from January to December 2027. The successful candidate will be based at Ryanair\'s HQ in Dublin, working with colleagues in Dublin and Madrid.
Responsibilities include managing commercial disputes, drafting and negotiating B2B contracts, advising on contractual rights and risk, drafting briefs, and coordinating with outside counsel.
