Role Description & Technical Scope
Externatic est à la recherche d’un Responsable d’activité SOC pour piloter un SOC de 15 analystes et préparer son doublement, en structurant l’équipe, les plannings et les responsabilités afin d’assurer un RUN fiable et conforme aux SLA/SLO.
Vous reporterez au Responsable d’Activité, collaborerez avec les équipes projets et les Service Delivery Managers, et vous irez à la rencontre des clients lors de comités opérationnels, pour traiter les insatisfactions et anticiper les évolutions nécessaires.
