Società attiva nell'ambito del customer service cerca un Addetto/a Consegne per supportare le attività operative legate alla gestione delle consegne ai clienti.

Attività Previste:

  • Gestione delle consegne
  • Interazione con i clienti per fornire informazioni sulle consegne
  • Gestione reclami e problemi legati alle consegne
  • Organizzazione delle tempistiche di consegna
  • Verifica e controllo della correttezza delle consegne

Requisiti:

  • Capacità di comunicazione efficace
  • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Capacità di gestire situazioni problematiche
  • Orientamento al cliente
  • Patente di guida categoria B
