VodafoneThree - Vulnerability Manager

In this role, you lead proactive vulnerability management for key customer accounts, ensuring risks are communicated, prioritized and remediated. You’ll collaborate with CASM and Customer Technical Leads to deliver effective vulnerability management and reporting. You’ll produce internal and client-facing dashboards and guide remediation with cross-functional teams, while meeting KPIs and contract terms. This is a remote-friendly role that enables impact across customers and the Vodafone business ecosystem.

• Own and drive the vulnerability risk journey from finding to closure, including remediation planning and escalation
• Lead governance calls with customers and resolvers to address risks, blockers, and actions
• Operate Qualys or equivalent vulnerability scanning tools, review findings and coverage
• Produce accurate internal and customer vulnerability reports with concise commentary and recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, CASMs, Technical Leads, Engineering, NOC, Service Management and suppliers

• SC Cleared or eligible to be SC cleared
• Strong customer-facing stakeholder engagement, ownership and influencing skills
• Practical experience with Qualys VMDR or equivalent vulnerability scanning platform
• Knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN technologies, network security, firewalls, and hosting/compute platforms
• Experience producing vulnerability reports, dashboards and management information with data validation and trend analysis
