Role Description & Technical Scope

Branch is seeking an experienced Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states and grow business with independent agencies through in-person engagement. You will drive adoption of Branch tools, coach agencies, and manage a territory plan to hit production targets.

As the face of Branch in your territory, you will build trust with principals and producers, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and growth.
