Transition Project Manager - new GBS

• Lead end-to-end transition projects involving the migration of processes from local business units into shared services or GBS operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and governance routines for assigned transitions.
• Coordinate activities across functional teams, local stakeholders, subject matter experts, and service delivery teams.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Support process documentation, knowledge transfer activities, training plans, and transition readiness assessments.
• Facilitate workshops and transition meetings to align expectations and drive project execution.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with agreed quality standards.
• Drive effective communication across all parties involved during the transition lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of transition tools, templates, and delivery methodologies.

• 3-6 years of experience in project management, transitions, migrations, or process transfer projects within an SSC, GBS, outsourcing, or multinational environment.
• Proven track record of delivering operational transition projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across different locations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, planning, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting process migrations within functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or IT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across various organisational levels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach to project delivery.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking/reporting solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM or equivalent) would be an advantage.
