In this role you lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture for large-scale transformation programs, aligning roadmaps with business objectives. You collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to design scalable, governance-driven PLM solutions and oversee data models, workflows, and integrations. • Lead Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs
• Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams
• Design scalable and secure Windchill solution architectures
• Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states, and governance processes
• Lead solution design for PDM, Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Manufacturing Process Management
• Architect Windchill integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and CRM platforms
• Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives
• Lead technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders
• Establish PLM governance, standards, and best practices
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development
• Mentor solution architects, technical leads

• 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill
• Experience leading end-to-end Windchill programs
