Taylor Root is assisting a leading global aviation leasing company in recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Dublin-based team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating aviation finance and leasing documentation, with advisory support to internal stakeholders on deal structures, risk, and commercial considerations.
You will support aircraft sale, purchase, leasing and financing transactions and manage relationships with external counsel.
