Role Description & Technical Scope
New Law Business Model (NLBM) is seeking a Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the Accelerator platform. You’ll investigate complex problems, test solutions, document work, and guide members with clear, actionable steps across Loom, email, and calls.
You will own end-to-end resolution, optimize GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and related systems, and collaborate on AI-assisted improvements. This is a 100% remote role with strong benefits and ongoing learning opportunities.
