Role Description & Technical Scope
Alight is seeking a practical, hands-on Head of Cyber to lead our IT and OT security across energy assets in the Nordics, with a focus on flexible work and autonomy.
Reporting to the COO, you will own the cyber security roadmap, strengthen infrastructure security for solar parks and battery systems, drive incident readiness, and ensure compliance with NIS2 and ISO/IEC standards while collaborating with the executive team and sites across Europe.
