Role Description & Technical Scope
Spring Real Estate zoekt een (register) taxateur die ons Valuations-team komt versterken. Je richt je op taxaties van residentieel beleggingsvastgoed in Noord-Holland voor banken en beleggers.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten en ontmoet je particuliere en commerciële beleggers, waarbij je hen informeert over marktontwikkelingen. Je werkt in een jong en dynamisch team met veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid, en je hebt een HBO/WO-diploma met
