Identity Security Engineer – Presales
Role Description & Technical Scope
Join Rublon and help us grow our identity security business across Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America.
Rublon MFA is a multi-factor authentication platform used by organizations around the world to protect access to applications, servers, VPNs, remote desktops, networks, and other enterprise resources.
We are looking for an experienced Identity Security Engineer who will become a key technical representative of Rublon for customers and partners across Spain and LATAM.
This is a customer-facing role combining Technical Presales, Product Demonstrations, POCs, Solution Design, Implementation Support, and Partner Enablement .
You will work with customers throughout the technical part of the buying and implementation process — from discovery and product demonstrations through solution design, Proof of Concept, technical validation, and initial production deployment.
You will also work with Rublon partners, helping their engineers build the skills required to demonstrate, deploy, and support Rublon MFA independently.
This is not an internal IT administration or helpdesk role. We are looking for an engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead customer conversations, workshops, and technical projects.
