<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role Summary:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Fire & Security Service & Maintenance Engineer role involves full responsibility for completing preventative, reactive and remedial works across a wide variety of domestic and commercial properties to a professional standard of work in and around London.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Job Responsibilities:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The competent and to regulation, professional delivery of maintenance on integrated electronic fire and security systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out small works/repairs on domestic and commercial properties. Completing Asset logs of equipment on site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To manage your own workload throughout the day and ensuring the completion of each job in a timely manner.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicating and reporting to the office on a daily basis. Dealing with clients face to face in a professional manner. Working hours 8am - 5pm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge/Experience required:</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Relevant qualifications NSI/LPCB/C&G etc</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>An understanding and ability to carry out a preventative maintenance to the current standards.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Excellent customer facing skills.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Able to work openly and co-operatively with others.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Experience of managing multiple simultaneous activities</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>MUST have previous experience with systems, CCTV/Access Control, advantage if Entrotec trained or fire alarm experience.</span></li>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within the construction industry, and Fire & Security systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Possess a clear record with zero criminal convictions of any kind and meet with the</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements to pass a CRB / DBS check and the full screening process required in the security industry.</h5>
