<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Fire & Security Engineer to join a busy team covering Cornwall.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role will involve carrying out Fire, Security and CCTV planned and reactive maintenance, along with supporting M&E repairs and minor Fire, Security and CCTV projects.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to required standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including basic M&E and fabric repairs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete testing and maintenance of Fire Alarm, CCTV and Security systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out fault finding and electrical servicing where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete engineering condition reports and quotations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate paperwork and logbooks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide excellent customer service and communication</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Trade qualifications in Fire & Security Systems and Electrical</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid certification for your primary trade</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with Fire Alarm, CCTV and Security maintenance/testing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Electrical fault-finding experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">18th Edition desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good Health & Safety awareness</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work independently and provide a professional service</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with basic fabric repairs, emergency lighting, controls or other M&E disciplines would also be advantageous.</p>
