<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, reactive callouts and small works on Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations.</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and small works on Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Ensure all work is completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client timescales.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise system downtime.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Liaise closely with the Service Team to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of works.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Complete accurate service reports and documentation using company software.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Comply with all Health & Safety legislation, company policies and safe working practices.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Participate in the out-of-hours standby and call-out rota.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in a clean, safe and serviceable condition.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Support colleagues and undertake any other reasonable duties as required.</span></li>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">About You</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ideal candidate will have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience servicing and maintaining both Fire Alarm and Security systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm systems and BS 5839.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fire Industry Association (FIA) qualifications or equivalent.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience maintaining Emergency Lighting systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An electrical background.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of integrated security systems (desirable).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and customer service skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of Health & Safety</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">ECS, CSCS and/or IPAF certification (preferred).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A flexible approach with willingness to travel nationally and undertake occasional overnight stays.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Qualifications & Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum of five years’ experience within the Fire & Security industry (preferred).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Electrical qualifications or relevant industry experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fire Extinguisher training (desirable).</p>
