<p class="text-muted mb-3">I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">KPI/SLA management and reporting</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Stakeholder, risk and issue management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving continuous service improvement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment, with a broad understanding of:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Clearance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Candidates must be eligible for BPSS.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We can consider ILR, Dependant visa and dual-national candidates, provided you currently live in the UK.</p>
