Security Engineer

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is a major provider of Cyber Security service to the National Grid, due to new contract awards they are looking to recruit a talented Security Engineers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Security Engineers will work Nationwide on National Grid Gas sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role responsibilities -</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fault diagnosis on electrical fence, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Installation of bespoke security alarms.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Planned preventive maintenances on bespoke security systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Detecting and reporting defects, snags and complaints.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibility for van stock/replenishment and stock taking.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Competency in problem solving and an ability to make diligent recommendations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Demonstration to clients and end users of completed systems or individual work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arranging PAT and meter calibrations for company issued equipment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completion of asset tagging and registration of information.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential experience -</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete understanding and be able to demonstrate at least one of the following disciplines - access control, CCTV, intruder, power fence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Gallagher security systems (access control or perimeter)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in a similar role</p>
