Prévia recherche un(e) Responsable Garantie pour rejoindre son équipe en Île-de-France. Vous serez le lien entre la concession et les équipes garanties du constructeur, avec des responsabilités pour la facturation et l’instruction des dossiers de garantie.
Le candidat idéal a au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de garantie automobile et une maîtrise d'un DMS. Une formation en maintenance véhicules est attendue et un bon relationnel avec les équipes atelier est essentiel.
