Role Description & Technical Scope
Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support for the CPD Portfolio in the UKIMEA region. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement plans, bidding, performance insight and analysis.
You will manage the UKIMEA CPD work winning team, assign tasks, provide guidance on bid practice, and promote bidding best practice. This will help increase win rates and ensure high-quality submissions across geographies.
